Dosageand Administration: Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls once daily; Children: 1/2-1 teaspoonful once daily or as prescribed by the physician. Ordinarily, one morning dose is recommended with a cup of milk or water or fresh fruit juice. If the condition is acute, two more doses can be taken one in the evening and another at bed time. For constipation take Safi with hot milk or hot water. The duration of use should be at least one month.

Contraindication: There is no known contraindication.

Side effect: No significant side effect has been reported in therapeutic dosage.

Precaution: During Safi treatment, eat slightly less than your appetite demands. Avoid fried, spiced and hard to digest foods. Keep out of reach of the children.
